My role involved crafting a compelling theme that resonated with our brand’s ethos and collaborating with agencies to conceptualize booth designs aligned with our new brand direction. Furthermore, I managed sponsorships and optimized online and offline tactics for maximizing footfall and driving lead generation and ensured engaging booth experiences and hospitality. Additionally, I scripted, directed and oversaw the creation of booth videos and interactive experiences, ensuring they captivated the audience and communicated our message effectively. I spearheaded the social media strategy, orchestrating a buzz before, during, and after the event to amplify impressions, nurture leads, and capitalize on post-event opportunities.
