My role involved spearheading the transition of Landis+Gyr’s brand perception from solely a meter manufacturer to a holistic provider of energy management solutions. This required a multifaceted approach encompassing brand positioning, product diversification, and post-acquisition brand consolidation.

- Collaborated cross-functionally with product development, marketing, sales and customers across the acquired companies to integrate their stories and technologies seamlessly to build a unified yet relevant brand experience for our existing and new audiences.
- Led efforts to consolidate acquired brands under the Landis+Gyr umbrella, leveraging our established reputation and global presence to amplify the value proposition of our expanded offerings in EV charging, Flexibility management, and Cybersecurity.
- Launched the shapethefuture campaign – including a new corporate brand video, event themes and booth concepts, a revamp of our blog , social and extended content marketing efforts in include energy, mobility, water and energy security,
