My primary objective was to achieve a double-digit uplift in community membership while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration among our customers, partners, and developers. To achieve this, I introduced and implemented Hippo Labs, a dedicated platform for developer collaborations. Additionally, I organized meetups and co-designed the developer track for our annual event, Hippo Connect (now Bloomreach Connect), to provide opportunities for networking and learning.

- Introducing Hippo Labs: I spearheaded the implementation of Hippo Labs, a platform designed to facilitate developer collaborations and innovation. By providing a centralized hub for sharing ideas and resources, Hippo Labs encouraged active participation and knowledge sharing within our community.
- Organizing Meetups and Event Tracks: I organized meetups and co-designed the developer track for our flagship event, Hippo Connect. These events provided valuable opportunities for developers to network, learn from industry experts, and showcase their projects.
- Developer experience of the Product: Additionally, I introduced a separate technical demo experience to attract developers to the platform, enhancing engagement and participation.
Results: Through my efforts in Developer Community Management at Bloomreach/Hippo CMS, we achieved significant milestones. The implementation of Hippo Labs fostered a culture of collaboration and innovation, leading to increased engagement and participation within our developer community. The introduction of meetups and dedicated event tracks provided valuable networking opportunities and facilitated knowledge sharing among developers. As a result, we witnessed a double-digit uplift in community membership and saw improved collaboration and knowledge sharing among our customers, partners, and developers.
